Patients use the VitalHealth QuestLink app to respond to health surveys assigned to them by their care providers. The app enables quick and easy answering of such surveys, along with reviewing results. The app will send a push notification whenever a new survey is due, after which patients can respond at a time and location that is most convenient for them.
In order to use this app, your care provider will need to use VitalHealth QuestLink to schedule and administer surveys. In case you have multiple providers that use QuestLink, you can use this one app to respond to all assigned surveys.
